I am a big woman and not tall at all I needed a dress for a wedding and after many dresses that all made me look like a box or frumpy I got this one and reluctantly put in on to find that the layers help not only with the box shape but hide my rolls. The one small side to this awsome dress is it is a little big in the arm so when I raise my arms you see the side of my bra but that's fine with me it doesn't go so low that its overly noticeable but some people could be conscience about it. The layers also mean on a hot day you dont have to also add a slip it is not see through love this dress
