I love these. They are NOT transparent, have a good waist and I wore them to goat yoga as soon as I got them. I'm 5'4, range 125-130 lbs, waist around 28 and hips around 38 at the moment and medium worked for me just great. I'm on a weight loss journey, have went down several sizes, so I have learned at this point that don't want to spend much on clothing until I am where I want to be/stabilized. These were a great deal. White pants that aren't see through! I would day TTS and do not size down; sizing up one would've worked too.
