I was looking for a Plum top to match the flowers in my jeggings. I was worried it would be regular crayon Purple, because I have JMS tops in Purple, but it is a perfect Plum! JMS tops are a good fit for my figure, flattering to varying degrees but never ill-fitting, in the right size. I’m always excited when they add tops in fun colors (beyond the usual black, white, light pink, hot fuchsia, turquoise, and briny pink)! I read the reviews and ordered up to a 3X, and the fit is perfect. This top is flattering, in a modest way. I hope it washes and dries well so I don’t have to hope they still have a 4X. I should have bought both sizes, in case, but I think it will be ok. The 3X a relaxed fit. I’m a 2X (18-20) in tops, and their classic Comfort Soft hoodies I have 3 of. This is my only shirt in this style, and I like the detail at the top. It is a nice longer length, to cover my belly and hips in tight jeggings. It’s not quite long enough that I would wear it with leggings, but that’s ok. I bought it to wear with jeggings and jeans, and short-dress style tunic tops are sometimes too long for them. It’s nothing fancy, just a nice looking, casual everyday top. It is nice enough for business casual, with the right pair of pants, and maybe a nice cardigan. I can think of several outfits it would work with, because it doesn’t overwhelm the styles. It was a good deal on sale! I was so happy the exact color I wanted was the sale color. How often can you say that? It is a little expensive for what it is, full price, but I will watch the sales and would buy this style again, when I need one of the colors. I wish I had grabbed a few, but was not sure how it would fit. I would go a size up if you don’t like your tunic tees close-fitting.
