I absolutely love this dress. It is beautiful, slimming and very elegant. I am a 16W but I ordered a 14-16 since the 16w was too expensive. The 14-16 fits me perfectly. The bottom half has a lot of stretch but not the top half. It's a bit long so I had to cut a bit off since I am only 5ft 2 ins tall. I recommend this to anyone.
