I ordered 2 bikinis through Amazon from this company, Swim Suits For All. I've never ordered from them before. Swim Suits for All normally sells swimwear by the piece - individually. I know this, because they included their catalog in the Amazon box with the bathing suits. For me, the bottoms fit great, but the top was too big. I reached out to Swim Suits for All, expecting to just return the tops for an even exchange. I was told by SSFA CS that I'd have to return all 4 pieces to Amazon and reorder directly if I wanted the tops in a different size. When I asked why, I was told that they do not exchange pieces purchased through Amazon - only entire swimsuits. I really liked the 2 bathing suits, but haven't taken the time to reorder directly. Ironically, the suits were on sale in the Swim Suits for All catalog, so they would have made more money on the sale just exchanging my tops.
